The Nursery School participated in the DfES Beacon School initiative between 2001 and 2004.

The School and Centre continues to gain from opportunities to share practice with other providers and partner agencies.

As an extension of this work, several booklets and CD's have been developed including:

• Speech and Language pack 3 (Early Concept Development)
